01

Platform Purpose

Bridict is provided for amusement, entertainment, and recreational prediction purposes only. The platform allows users to interact with blockchain-based smart contracts through a website interface.

Bridict is not an online casino, sportsbook, bookmaker, gambling operator, financial exchange, investment platform, or licensed wagering service. The platform does not offer house-banked games, does not set fixed odds, does not take the opposite side of user predictions, and does not guarantee winnings, returns, profits, or outcomes.

02

No Gambling or Casino Representation

Bridict is designed as an amusement-based prediction pool interface. Users participate voluntarily and acknowledge that the platform is not intended to constitute gambling, casino gaming, lottery activity, bookmaking, or regulated wagering.

Laws differ by jurisdiction. You are solely responsible for determining whether your use of Bridict is lawful where you live, access the platform, or conduct blockchain transactions. You must not use the platform if such activity is prohibited or restricted in your jurisdiction.

03

User Eligibility

By using the platform, you represent that you are at least 18 years old or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher. You also represent that you have legal capacity to accept these Terms and that your use of the platform is lawful.

  • You must not be located in a restricted or prohibited jurisdiction.
  • You must not use the platform for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or restricted activity.
  • You are responsible for complying with all laws, regulations, tax obligations, and reporting requirements applicable to you.
04

Smart Contract Interaction

Bridict acts only as a user interface that helps users interact with blockchain-based smart contracts. When you connect a wallet, approve token spending, place predictions, claim payouts, or claim refunds, you are submitting transactions to third-party blockchain infrastructure and smart contracts.

Blockchain transactions may be irreversible, delayed, failed, rejected, reverted, or permanently recorded on-chain. Bridict does not control blockchain networks, validators, miners, gas fees, wallet providers, RPC providers, explorers, token contracts, transaction confirmations, or smart contract execution.

05

No Control Over Blockchain or Smart Contract Issues

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bridict shall not be responsible or liable for any loss, damage, delay, failed transaction, lost funds, lost tokens, lost opportunity, or claim arising from blockchain networks, smart contracts, wallets, tokens, third-party infrastructure, or user error.

  • Network congestion, outages, forks, failed transactions, or reverted transactions.
  • Smart contract bugs, exploits, vulnerabilities, errors, or unexpected behavior.
  • Wallet errors, lost passwords, lost private keys, lost seed phrases, or unauthorized access.
  • Incorrect approvals, wrong addresses, insufficient gas, changing gas fees, or failed gas estimation.
  • RPC failures, explorer errors, token contract issues, stablecoin freezes, depegs, or transfer failures.
06

Platform Fee

Bridict may charge a platform operating fee of 3%, or another fee displayed on the platform or applied by the smart contract.

This fee is intended to cover operational expenses, including website hosting, software development, maintenance, user interface operation, support, security monitoring, infrastructure costs, administrative expenses, and the facilitation of interaction between the DApp interface and the applicable smart contract.

The platform fee is not a gambling fee, casino rake, betting commission, house edge, or guarantee of service performance. It is an operating fee for maintaining and facilitating access to the platform interface and related services.

07

Prediction Pools

Users may participate in available prediction pools by selecting an outcome and staking the supported digital asset. Pool availability, outcomes, minimum stake amounts, locking times, payout calculations, refund rules, and claim availability may be determined by the applicable smart contract and market configuration.

Football markets may include Home Team, Draw, or Away Team. American Football markets generally include Home Team or Away Team unless a Draw/Tie option is specifically offered.

Bridict does not provide fixed odds. Potential payouts depend on the pool size, the total amount staked on the winning outcome, applicable fees, and the smart contract rules.

08

Match Settlement

Match results may be settled according to the official result source used by the platform administrator or smart contract operator.

  • Football markets generally settle by the official 90-minute result plus stoppage time, unless clearly marked otherwise.
  • If a Football match is offered without a Draw selection, the market is treated as an outright-win or qualification market and is settled by the team that officially wins or qualifies under the stated market rules.
  • Outright-winner, qualification, extra-time, or penalty markets apply only when clearly stated.
  • American Football markets generally settle by the official final score, including overtime where applicable.
  • Draw/Tie outcomes only apply when expressly offered for that market.

Bridict is not responsible for disputes caused by third-party sports data errors, delayed results, abandoned matches, postponed matches, cancelled matches, incorrect market setup, or external result source changes.

09

No Winner Refund Rule

If no user selected the winning outcome, eligible users may be able to claim a refund according to the applicable smart contract rules. Refunds may be reduced by the platform operating fee.

The platform does not guarantee that refunds will be available in all circumstances, including smart contract failure, blockchain failure, user error, unsupported wallet activity, or technical limitations. Users are responsible for claiming eligible refunds through the player interface or directly through the smart contract where available.

10

Wallet Responsibility

You are solely responsible for your wallet, private keys, seed phrases, passwords, approvals, connected applications, gas tokens, and transaction confirmations. Bridict cannot recover lost wallets, lost passwords, lost private keys, seed phrases, or mistakenly transferred funds.

If you use a local browser wallet, you are solely responsible for backing up the private key and maintaining sufficient gas tokens to perform transactions.

11

Digital Asset and Third-Party Risk

Digital assets involve significant risk. Token values may fluctuate, stablecoins may lose their peg, blockchain networks may fail, and transactions may be irreversible. You use the platform at your own discretion and risk.

The platform may rely on wallet providers, blockchain networks, RPC providers, token contracts, explorers, data providers, hosting providers, and other third-party infrastructure. Bridict does not control third-party services and is not responsible for their downtime, errors, security issues, or performance.

12

User Conduct

You agree not to use the platform for unlawful purposes, attempt to exploit or attack the platform or smart contract, use abusive automation, interfere with other users, submit misleading information, bypass restrictions, or expose Bridict to legal, regulatory, technical, or reputational risk.

Bridict may restrict, block, suspend, or terminate access to the platform or any feature at any time where necessary for security, legal compliance, maintenance, suspected abuse, technical issues, or operational reasons.

13

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Bridict, its owners, operators, developers, affiliates, officers, employees, contractors, service providers, and representatives shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, exemplary, or other damages arising from or related to your use of the platform.

This includes losses related to blockchain or smart contract issues, lost funds, failed transactions, incorrect predictions, settlement disputes, technical failures, downtime, bugs, attacks, exploits, third-party service failures, regulatory restrictions, tax consequences, user mistakes, or unauthorized wallet access.

The platform is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of availability, accuracy, reliability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, security, uninterrupted operation, or error-free performance.

14

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Bridict, its owners, operators, developers, affiliates, officers, employees, contractors, service providers, and representatives from any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, costs, expenses, penalties, or legal fees arising from your use of the platform, violation of these Terms, violation of law, wallet activity, blockchain transactions, prediction pool participation, or disputes with another user or third party.

15

Compliance, Taxes, and Availability

You are solely responsible for understanding and complying with all laws, regulations, tax obligations, and reporting requirements applicable to you. Bridict makes no representation that the platform is lawful, licensed, registered, approved, or available in any specific jurisdiction.

Bridict may update, modify, suspend, discontinue, or remove any part of the platform at any time, including supported wallets, chains, interface features, fees, market display, settlement rules, or available prediction pools.

16

Intellectual Property

All platform names, logos, designs, text, graphics, software, user interface elements, branding, and related content are owned by or licensed to Bridict unless otherwise stated. You may not copy, modify, reproduce, distribute, sell, or exploit platform content without prior written permission.

17

Changes to These Terms

Bridict may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on the platform with a revised “Last Updated” date. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.

18

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of your local jurisdiction, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the platform shall be resolved in the courts or dispute resolution forum located in your local jurisdiction, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
